RentDeck is a room-rental discovery platform that connects room seekers directly with verified operators and agents across Malaysia. We are not a real-estate agency and not a landlord — we are the marketplace that keeps every listing transparent and structured.
How it works
- Find a room. Filter by area, price, room type and preferences — map and list always stay in sync.
- Send an enquiry. Fill in a short form or tap WhatsApp directly. Your details reach the operator instantly, complete with a lead reference (RDL).
- Deal directly. The operator contacts you, confirms a viewing, and the tenancy continues directly — no unnecessary middlemen.
What "Verified" means
The Verified badge means our team has reviewed the party's official documents — SSM registration or identity card for operators, and the REN certificate for agents — before granting that status. Verification is a document review that reduces fraud; it is not RentDeck's personal guarantee of any operator or agent.
Our enquiry model
Every enquiry is recorded with a unique reference so no lead is ever lost. Operators manage leads on their dashboard, and when a deal is agreed, your details are handed off to the operator's own system to complete the tenancy. RentDeck collects no deposits or rent — all payments happen directly between you and the operator.
